I recently used their services for data analysis and was pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism. The team really knows their stuff and helped us gain valuable insights. However, I did find the communication to be a bit lacking at times, which made the process a bit frustrating. The website was easy to navigate and had useful resources, but it could benefit from a more modern design. Overall, I'd say the experience was average. 😐 I would recommend them for their knowledge and skills, but I hope they can work on their communication and website to improve the overall customer experience.
