I have been a customer of Ewk herzogenbuchsee ag for several years now and I can genuinely say that their service is average. The staff is generally polite and helpful, but I feel like they lack attention to detail. There have been a few instances where they made mistakes with my orders or didn't provide accurate information. That being said, their products are of good quality and they have a decent selection. I just wish they would improve their customer service.
