I had an overall average experience with Alphacab. The drivers were courteous and the vehicles were clean. However, there were a few instances where the drivers took longer routes, resulting in higher fares. Additionally, the customer service could use some improvement as the wait times for assistance were quite long. Nevertheless, I would still consider using their services again.
