I've been practicing yoga for several years and Garden of Zen is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide excellent guidance throughout the classes. The studio itself is beautiful, with a tranquil atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The variety of classes offered caters to different levels and interests, ensuring there is always something for everyone. I really appreciate the focus on mindfulness and self-care in every class. Overall, Garden of Zen is exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any yoga enthusiast.
