Working at Shimano europe group has been a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the company provides great opportunities for growth and learning. The work environment is positive, and the colleagues are supportive. However, there are times when the workload becomes overwhelming, and the communication between different teams could be improved. Overall, it's a good place to work at, but there is room for improvement.
