I had a mixed experience at Lubbock Urology Clinic. While the doctors were knowledgeable and the staff was friendly, the wait times were quite long. I wish they had better scheduling to reduce the waiting time. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but improvements could be made in terms of efficiency.
