As a customer of the National Institute of Studies, I had a fairly average experience overall. The website, nis.ac.nz, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their courses and programs. The staff was generally helpful and prompt in responding to my inquiries. However, I did feel that the organization lacked some personal touch and attention to individual student needs. The course material was informative, but I feel it could have been more engaging and interactive. Additionally, the fees charged were slightly higher compared to similar institutes. Although I did receive a satisfactory education, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of enhancing the overall student experience.
