I have had a pretty average experience with DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS). The website dyrs.dc.gov is informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I expected better communication and support from a government agency. There is definitely room for improvement.
