I recently had an average experience with Homelessness NSW. While their website, homelessnessnsw.org.au, offers helpful resources, I found some of the information to be outdated. The response time to my inquiries was also slower than expected. However, I appreciate their efforts in addressing homelessness and hope they can improve in certain areas to better support those in need.
