I recently booked a flight through this airline's website, flyegypt.com.eg, and I have to say that my overall experience was average. The website itself was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the booking process relatively hassle-free. However, the customer service could have been better. I had a few questions regarding my booking and it took a significant amount of time to receive a response from their customer support team. Additionally, the in-flight experience was nothing out of the ordinary. The seats were comfortable enough, and the cabin crew members were professional, but there was nothing exceptional about the service. Overall, I would rate this airline as average. They provide a decent service, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and creating a more memorable flying experience.
