I recently worked with Five Creative Group for a branding project. The overall experience was decent, but there were some areas that fell short of expectations. The website is visually appealing, but it lacked some essential information about their services, making it difficult to navigate. Communication was somewhat slow, and I found it hard to get timely responses to my inquiries. On the positive side, the team was polite and professional during our interactions. However, I'd suggest improving the responsiveness and transparency to enhance the customer experience. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in the future. 🤔
