The services provided by the Cook County Department of Public Health are average at best. While they do offer essential healthcare services, there is room for improvement. My experience with the staff was satisfactory, but there were certain issues that could have been addressed better. The website, cookcountypublichealth.org, could also use some enhancements. Overall, an average experience.
