I recently had the opportunity to work with a company specializing in woodworking, and overall, my experience was average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, making it simple to learn about their services and view their portfolio of previous projects. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry, and there were a few miscommunications throughout the process. Although the quality of the work was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet my expectations based on the examples I saw. The pricing was fair, but I feel that the value for money could have been better. In the end, the project was completed, but it wasn't an outstanding experience. I would consider using them again, but I would also explore other options in the future.
