I have been a customer of Pccw for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a wide range of products and services, the quality and reliability can sometimes be inconsistent. There have been instances where I experienced frequent outages and slow internet speeds. The customer support also leaves much to be desired, as it can be difficult to get a hold of a representative and get my issues resolved. Overall, I would say that Pccw is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
