I recently purchased a product from Sooum, and the experience was just average. While the product quality was decent, the product description on the website was not as comprehensive as I would have liked. I had to reach out to their customer support team for clarification, and it took a few days to get a response. The shipping was also slower than expected. Overall, I think Sooum has potential, but there are certain aspects that need improvement.
