I recently purchased some knitwear from the online store, and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of knitwear options available. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the products when they arrived. While the designs were nice, the materials used felt somewhat cheap, and I was expecting better for the price. The customer service was responsive when I reached out with some concerns, but I felt that more could have been done to address the issues. In terms of shipping, the delivery was prompt, which was a plus. Overall, while there were some positive aspects to the experience, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction.
