I joined Espaco fisico a few weeks ago and I am already loving it! The gym has a great selection of equipment and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, which makes working out a pleasure. I particularly enjoy the group classes, especially the Zumba and Pilates classes. I highly recommend Espaco fisico to anyone looking for a great gym to achieve their fitness goals.
