I have been a customer of axl & trax for several years now and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The products are of decent quality and the customer service is satisfactory. However, there have been a few instances where I have faced delays in receiving my orders. The company could definitely improve in terms of delivery speed. Apart from that, I have not had any major issues with axl & trax.
