I had a satisfactory experience with Idea Tours & Travels. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, ensuring that we saw all the major attractions. The guides provided interesting commentary and answered all our questions. The accommodations were comfortable, although some improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness. Overall, it was a good value for money and I would consider booking with Idea Tours & Travels again.
