The service provided by Adam & greenwood funeral home was average. While they handled the funeral arrangements adequately, I felt that the staff lacked a genuine sense of empathy. The facility was clean, but the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. It met my basic expectations, but I would have preferred a more compassionate approach during such a difficult time.
