I recently had the opportunity to avail the services of Balaji Hospitality and I must say they provided an average experience. The staff was polite and the service was satisfactory. However, there were certain areas where improvement is needed. The cleanliness of the premises can be enhanced, especially in the washrooms. Overall, it was an okay experience.
