Worst staff ever… No empathy. Not well trained staff

Worst staff ever… My father was hospitalizedon feb 2024 both in the ward and CCU.. most of the staff are not efficient.. Doesn’t know what to do in emergency situation… imagine patient was having trouble breathing and they are just staring at him and feels like they are just waiting for my father to collapse.. staff nurse in the ward doesn’t give proper instructions to the relatives and patients after post OP… after the OP patient had a congestion then needs to transfer to CCU.. they transferred the patient to CCU without giving instructions to relative what to do next.. they just leave us hanging until i burst into anger and shout at them, then thats the time they explained. They have no empathy to others.. The CCU staff. I rate them as 1 as well, if i can give 0 i will give.. They have no consideration. Only 1 companion was allowed in CCU. Okay I understand, there is one time i need to accompany my husband to ER bec he’s having stomach pain. I was the one who’s accompanying my father as well in CCu so i ask my brother and his wife to see my father for a short while ill just settle my husband at ER, it was like 10-10:30 pm that time. We are just waiting for the discharge order from The ER for my husband. The guard ask the wife to go off bec only 1 companion was allowed. They try to ask the guard if she can stay there for a short while while im settling the ER but they didn’t let her and fiercely said cannot. Then cannot bring you own blanket and pillow for companion use.. They didn’t allow us.. but my neighbor room can bring.. Why?? Bec the one’s admitted there was a relative of a Dr. There is no equality in this hosp.. If you have power even if it’s not allowed you can.. 🙄 It was not a pleasant experience in this hosp. Compared to St. Luke’s hosp, this hosp is nothing… i even spent 1.9M in this hosp. And i wont recommend you to be admitted here.. it’s just a waste of money.. there service is terible. Even the phil health papers you need to settle it yourself from billing they would ask you to go the the ward or CCU to complete some papers.. In St. Lukes i spent almost the same or more last time and they do all the paper works.. you just have to sit and wait… i regretted that i let my father to be admitted there..

Admitted on feb 2024, admitted for almost 1 month. i will never come back!
