I had a very average experience with Palm Springs ...

I had a very average experience with Palm Springs Police Dept. The response time was not very impressive and the officers seemed disinterested in solving my issue. I expected more from a police department that is supposed to serve and protect the community. The only reason I'm giving it an average rating is because eventually my issue was resolved, albeit after a lot of unnecessary delays.
