My experience with Federal Pacific Transformers was quite disappointing. I had high hopes based on their website, but the actual product fell short of my expectations. The transformer was not as durable as claimed, and it stopped working after just a few months of use. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company.
