As a customer, I recently used the services of the landscape management company. I must admit that I had mixed feelings about my experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided good information about their services. 🌿 However, I found the communication to be lacking. It took several attempts before I received a response to my initial inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. The actual work performed was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The team arrived on time and completed the job as requested, but there were a few details that were overlooked. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail for the price paid. Overall, it was an average experience. 🤷‍♀️ I would still recommend giving them a try, as they have potential to improve and provide better customer service in the future.
