I recently used the services of this optical company and overall, my experience was average. The website, kidsoptical.com, was easy to navigate and had a good variety of products for children. However, I found the overall customer service to be just okay. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but they lacked friendliness and didn't go above and beyond to assist me. The delivery of my order took longer than expected and there were no updates provided during the process. The quality of the product was satisfactory, but not exceptional. While I appreciate the affordability of the glasses, I felt that the options for customization were limited. In conclusion, Medford optical provided an average experience that met my basic needs, but fell short in terms of customer service and overall satisfaction.
