As a customer, I recently participated in a mystery shopping assignment for this company. The instructions were clear, and the app was user-friendly, making it easy to complete the tasks. However, I found the compensation to be lower than expected and the communication with the support team was somewhat slow. The overall experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of payment and responsiveness. 🕵️‍♂️📱
