I had a mixed experience at Joyeria Safiro. While the quality of their jewelry is excellent, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful. However, I must admit that they have a good selection of unique pieces. It's a shame that their service doesn't match up to the quality of their products.
