Waitron is an average company. The customer service is decent, but nothing exceptional. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate that they have a variety of options available for ordering. However, I do wish they would provide more detailed information about allergens and dietary restrictions. Overall, I would say Waitron is just okay.
