I recently had an average experience with a real estate company in Sea Pines. While browsing through properties online, I came across their website wesellseapines.com. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, providing detailed information about the properties they were selling. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. When I reached out for more information, it took them longer than expected to respond. Additionally, I felt that the agent I dealt with lacked enthusiasm and seemed disinterested in answering my questions. While they did eventually provide me with the information I needed, the experience left me feeling underwhelmed. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness and the level of customer engagement they offer.
