Unfortunately, I had an average experience with your service. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of entertainment options, but I found the booking process to be a bit cumbersome. The communication from the company could also be improved, as I had to follow up multiple times to confirm my booking. However, the event itself went smoothly and the entertainer was talented and professional. Overall, it was an average experience, and I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and streamlining the booking process.
