I had an average experience with Penta Reizen. While the booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful, there were some issues with the tour itself. The itinerary was packed with too many activities, leaving little time to relax and enjoy the destinations. Additionally, some of the accommodations were not up to par. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected more given the reputation of Penta Reizen.
