I had an average experience with African Ancestry. The website was easy to navigate and the process of ordering the DNA test kit was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the time it took to receive my results. It took almost two months, which was longer than expected. Overall, the service was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
