I recently started practicing yoga and Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram has been a fantastic place to begin my journey. The instructors are patient and encouraging, creating a welcoming atmosphere for beginners. The classes are well-structured and enjoyable. I have noticed improvement in both my physical and mental well-being since starting here. I am grateful for this studio and highly recommend it to anyone interested in starting their yoga practice.
