I recently purchased a leather jacket from Duke Leather and I would rate my overall experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and I found a good variety of styles to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the jacket upon arrival. The leather felt a bit stiff and the stitching wasn't as sturdy as I had hoped. In addition, the fit was not as accurate as the size chart indicated. The customer service was prompt in resolving my concerns, but I had to go through the hassle of returning the jacket for a refund. I appreciated their willingness to rectify the situation, but it would have been better if the product met my expectations in the first place. Overall, I would say that Duke Leather offers decent options, but I would recommend being cautious about the quality and sizing of their products.
