I recently used the services from capitalhvac.com for HVAC installation in my home. While the technicians were friendly and professional, the overall experience was just average. The installation took longer than expected, and there were a few small issues with the equipment afterward. However, the customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the issues quickly. 🙁 I wish the installation process had been smoother, but I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team in helping to address the issues. Overall, an average experience with some room for improvement.
