The outdoor furniture I purchased from IMC Outdoor Living is decent, but not outstanding. The quality is average, and I expected a bit more considering the price I paid. The customer service was adequate, although not overly impressive. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was secure. Overall, it's an okay product and service, but I'm not sure if I would choose IMC Outdoor Living again for my future outdoor furniture needs.
