The staff was courteous and professional during my visit, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic environment was clean and well-maintained. However, I must say that the waiting time was slightly longer than expected, which affected my overall experience. The audiologist was knowledgeable and provided me with helpful advice and recommendations for my hearing concerns. Although the prices were reasonable, I wish they offered more affordable options. Despite these minor setbacks, the Better Hearing Clinic has provided me with average service and I am satisfied with the outcome. 😊👍
