I just completed the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) program, and I have to say, it was fantastic! The program provided me with a wealth of knowledge about my city and its attractions. The trainers were engaging and passionate, making the learning process interesting. The best part was that the program was designed to prepare us to be exceptional tourism ambassadors. I feel confident and ready to make a positive impact on visitors! 💪
