I obtained a new wireless Etisalat device based on the recommendation of Tajwal service provider. Unfortunately, I was incorrectly informed that my old plan would be automatically canceled upon activating the new plan. As a result, I now have two active devices and must pay two bills at the end of the month. This situation is misleading and frustrating.
