😊 I recently completed the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) program and it was such a positive experience! The program not only taught me about local attractions and best practices in customer service, but also instilled in me a sense of pride in my role as a tourism ambassador. The trainers were knowledgeable and made the learning process enjoyable. I'm excited to put my newfound skills into practice and enhance the visitor experience in my city! 🙌
