Monsoon investments is an average company. I have been using their services for the past year, and while they are reliable, I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer service is decent, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. The rates are competitive, but I wish they offered more investment options. Overall, it's an okay experience with Monsoon investments.
