My experience with Monolia has been overall average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found some issues with the order fulfillment process. The customer service was helpful in addressing these issues, but it did take a bit longer than I expected to resolve them. The quality of the products is good, but not exceptional. I would consider giving Monolia another try in the future.
