I recently made a purchase from an online retailer and was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and the products were accurately described, but the customer service left something to be desired. When I contacted the company with a question, it took several days to receive a response. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than expected. While the overall experience was average, I wish the customer service had been more prompt and responsive. I appreciate companies that value their customers and prioritize excellent customer service, like Nordstrom interactive.
