I recently had my child enrolled in Virginia Autism & Behavior Consulting and overall, I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, I appreciate the dedicated and caring staff who work with my child on a daily basis. They are professional and patient, which is reassuring as a parent. However, there have been instances where communication between the staff and myself was lacking. It would be great if they could improve their communication processes to keep parents more informed about their child's progress.
