I recently booked a trip through the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW) website and I must say, it was an average experience. The overall customer service was satisfactory and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found that the information provided about the destinations was not as detailed as I would have liked. Nonetheless, I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the website and providing travel resources for visitors.
