I have been a customer of San Gabriel Valley Water Company for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The water quality is decent, but the customer support could use some improvements. The rates are reasonable, and they do a decent job of ensuring that our water supply is reliable. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact them regarding billing issues, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say that they are an average company with room for improvement.
