As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with this marketing and events company. Overall, my experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate, providing clear information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. My inquiries took longer than expected to receive a response, and when I did receive a response, it was not always helpful or informative. On the positive side, their marketing strategies were effective, and the events they organized were well-executed. The team showed professionalism and expertise in their field. However, I was hoping for more personalized attention, as I felt like just another client. In conclusion, this company has its strengths but could benefit from improving its customer service to enhance the overall experience for its clients.
