I have been a customer of LG International (America), Inc. for several years now and I have to say, the experience has been average at best. The products are reliable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I have had to wait for long periods of time just to speak to a representative. It's frustrating and definitely needs improvement. Overall, I would rate my experience with LG international as average.
