I just finished the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) program and I must say it was an incredible experience! 🎉 The program provided a wealth of information about my city's attractions, history, and best practices in customer service. The trainers were knowledgeable, patient, and made the learning process fun. I feel more confident in my role as a tourism ambassador now and can't wait to share my newly acquired knowledge with visitors. 👍
